 人都說巴黎唯有左岸,左岸飄盪了咖啡香、濃郁的人文氣。

   集中在巴黎右岸的拱廊街,是十九世紀最重要的建築。歷經一百五十年的風霜,在八○年代後期隨著復古風潮復活。巴黎人在拱廊街裡的生活、曖昧、詩意浪漫, 透過雨果、波特萊爾、福樓拜、巴爾札克、左拉等文學家筆下鮮活躍然紙上,為世人嚮往。拱廊街裡有文人藝術家偏愛的懷舊地點,時尚的鑲嵌彩繪地板及精品店櫥 窗,宛若博物館的燈飾與浮雕,政商偏愛的餐廳......猶如一條長長的時光隧道,拱廊街將過去曾經的繁華記憶完完整整地保存紀錄下來。

作者簡介

鹿島茂

   1949年生於橫濱,旅法日本文學作家,也是重量級法國學研究專家。東京大學研究所人文科學研究科博士,專攻19世紀法國的社會與文化。著作質量均優, 曾榮獲多種獎項:包括山多利學藝賞、講談社散文賞、Tushodo Gesner Award,以及讀賣文學賞評論、傳記賞,每日書評賞等。

  著有《愛書狂》、《職業別巴黎風俗》、《巴黎時間旅行》(果實)、《明天是舞會:19世紀法國女性的時尚生活》(如果)、《巴黎文學散步》(山岳)等書。
